Salvo, originally from Sicily, perpetuates the culinary traditions of his native island and introduces you to the Mediterranean flavors that marked his childhood. Each dish is prepared with passion, respecting traditional recipes and with carefully selected fresh products. Our cuisine combines the best of two terroirs: local products from the Basque Country and the sunny flavors of Sicily.
